This recent wedding ceremony and reception got a lot of attention for their florals as they made them a priority and filled the venue with flowers.
First, the couple had an LDS temple sealing at the nearby Draper Utah Temple. It's only a few minutes down the road so going back and forth between the venue was a breeze. After the sealing they took temple wedding pictures as a couple and with their family and bridal party.
From there, they went to Siempre's Forever Room where the ceremony was all set up for a ring ceremony. The focal point was the rounded arch that was completely covered in eucalyptus greens and blush and white flowers. The flowers included lots of roses, ranunculus, stock, hydrangea, and even some pink peonies. Even though peonies aren't typically in season in Utah in the winter, they are in the Southern hemisphere and were ordered in as they were the bride's favorite flower.
After the ring ceremony, the family and friends went downstairs to Siempre's Always Room for a luncheon. The room had a very intimate and luxurious feel as every table had lush centerpiece arrangements. Half the tables had a low vase arrangement in a gold footed vase full of blush and white flowers. The other half of the tables had a large arrangement that was elevated on a gold stand. Having both types of arrangements creates depth and visual movement between arrangements. The head table was the most decked out with a full floral runner that went the length of the table in front. This made for stunning photos of the family and hid their plates from view. Behind them is a fireplace with a mantle ledge that was also completely covered in full lush blush and white flowers. Having both the mantle flowers and the head table flowers framed the family perfectly for photos.
After the luncheon, the flowers were repurposed back upstairs for the reception. Centerpieces went on fresh tables set upstairs as well as on the bar and welcome table. The head table floral runner was repurposed in front of the bar and the mantle flowers were repurposed in front of the welcome sign and a large photo of the couple from when they took bridal photos a month earlier. The ceremony arch had a neon sign hung from it and was the perfect photo spot for guests to take pictures with the bride and groom in their receiving line and during the dancing. It also made a perfect backdrop during their first dances and their private dance while all the guests waited outside with sparklers.
